Good running Iceland Girl. I loved Venice but going up and down all those canal bridges just wears you out. The memories of those zones once loved and now lost.

Yup, I got a shin split from all the steps on the bridges :/
I'm trying to work it all out. I hit 5 zones and each one has an extra point because it either logged a walk AND a run or logged a run when I was walking (because I uploaded it from Garmin and it logged as run before I changed it back).
The zones I own, I own fairly but have an extra, unfair, point advantage. On Murano I am tied but since there are 2 other runners, neither would own it anyway - at least, not until one of the visits expires; but by then, maybe someone else will come along.
Kilomi Kapapa might still be out there and can get his zones back with a bit of legwork!
I don't have massive points on anything (8 is the most where I should only have 7) so they are pretty vulnerable to any visiting and determined fetchies.
I cannot even imagine trying to manually log all the runs again manually as I was mostly completely lost and there is now way I could track the paths again!

You must still have the routes stored. No need to recreate those.

You can see how early it must be by the lack of tourists!

Yes, wouldn't expect to be able to run very far without stopping whenever I've been there.

The best bit of my weekend in Venice with MrsR was the 6am run before the tourists. City looked at its best.

Loved my early run with my son around Rome before most were up. Running past Trevi and round the Colosseum deserted and stopping for a coffee only really seeing a couple of other runners, refuse collectors and police.
