wascally wabbit Oct 2008 2:03pm, 14 Oct 2008 1,062 posts	0 wascally wabbit I was told that a good trick is to wear a baseball cap/hankerchief/pirate hat on your head and keep it doused with water as it keeps wet longer and keeps your brain cooler and once that overheats your fecked. Working on that principle maybe a technical shirt isnt good in the heat as they dry out quickly ... maybe a cotton shirt that you can get good and wet would work better at keeping the body cool? Im interested in this as being, not of the, lithe gazelle type like you lot ..;-) I tend to overheat really quickly. this is getting better the more fat I lose but keeping cool in heat is an interesting problem.
