there is a bloody conspiracy against me meeting up wiv fetchies after a run, Liverpool Half - mother in law hospital & now the wife has gone and thrown her self down the stairs and broken two toes!
The Dr at A&E was very impressed when I asked how she would be come BH Monday ''why have you got something special planned?'' erm, yes I'm running a marathon.....I think she was nearly disgusted with me, mrs J (luckily) is alot more understanding.
right off to work today and put in for some hols as Mrs J cannot hop her way down to school:)

Bad luck Mrs J! 
R4R ... I have paroxysmal supraventricualar tachycardia (not fibrilation) and am due to go in for an ablation on 7th June. It only strikes me occasionally and only when running/cycling ...

family can be sooooo inconsiderate like that Jono.
I mean fancy being ill or hurting yourself- pure selfishness.
Rob- take the flapjack out the freezer on the morning of the race. Will be defrosted by the time the race is over and you all in rugby club.
Oh and then you can't eat it all for breakfast either as will be frozen still.
