Good on your Sioux. On basis this is only second marathon course i have run this was a really good event. Great route, well organised and good weather to boot. Really enjoyed the run. I did not get the time i wanted but all my own fault. Went out for PB and pushed hard in middle miles. This went against me in last four miles and my legs are currently complaining about it now! A more level head and should have paced myself better. Oh well...

Oh Roberto :( Sorry to here that. I revised my target down for the metric on still having a cold. Got round in one piece in 2.34.52 which I'm ok with. It's made my mind up for me - I will not be doing a full version!!

Really well organised event; hard to think of anything they could do to improve it. Gonna have sore legs tomorrow (and I think a cold too...)

Happy to sneak home in 2:57 for the metrc.

Sorry to hear that Roberto.Hope you ok.

You did brill NDellar and was great to see you at the finish and realise we'd crossed the line at the same time.

Chris and Andy that organise it are runners doing it for runners which is why this and the half in May are such top events.
