I'm sure it was widely discussed on Fetch at the time too!

A very average runner who even I would have finished before, who somehow ran a negative split faster than Mo Farah in the London Marathon. I can't believe that even now he stands by his story of training exceptionally hard.

There appear to be a few Fetchies who have posted world class times for the marathon (not including marigold who actually is). fetcheveryone.com/fava.php?gender=m&distance=26.2&unit=miles I presume that these are half-marathon times, for example, thus denying another Fetchie of their place on the podium. A nudge or two might be needed to get them corrected.

Normally it's all hills and I don't do hills hence I have only visited this nearby parkrun once before today. I didn't even know they had an alternate course. Even in the mud it was a breeze today.
