My view on that though, is that yes he has. We are all part of society and society is plagued by drug users, abusers, pushers and barons. Cocaine is illegal and his procuring and using it helps to line the pockets of the pushers and the barons and therefore provides the capital with which they continue to trade. Disappointingly I fear it's unlikely he'll be sent to prison, despite having made a public confession.

His choice and he should suffer the consequences of his actions rather than try and weedle out with specific statements.

The seller will be committing revenue offences but possibly not criminal offences. Trading standards might be interested but it's unlikely to be a police matter.
