Apropos cats sleeping on radiators ... A childhood memory is the large CRT colour TV in the corner of the lounge, enormous great transistor beast it was. And a favourite warm place for the cat to sleep on, with her tail drooping down across the screen and obstructing our viewing. If we tucked the tail under hind leg she'd pull it out and then to show her displeasure start wagging it like a windscreen wiper.

OK Panic time!
Hoping to get kitten Saturday - super excited about this!

I'm thinking for the first few days at least he can stay with me in the office whilst I work to help him settle in.

Now what's the score with leaving bundles of fluff alone?

I mean at what age is it OK to leave them for an hour whilst I turbo in the garage or run? Or is it more a case of how long before they settle?

So long since I've had an animal - errr 25 years? Same for hubby!

If he is home alone and a house cat do I need to take him to the vet for "that visit" or only if he needs calming down?!

er.... we got Katarína at 11 weeks and we left her alone overnight from the start. She knew where her box, food, water, and sleeping box (with a wooly blanket) were and she was fine.

I think the main thing is to make sure you limit things that she can destroy and things that can hurt her.

This evening we are chasing flies. However Claudia has not worked out that the fly is on the inside:

Still good tail work!

[I'm assuming the tail helps with balance, i.e. not just for swatting the fly ;) ]

Haha Lennox did that but with the fly out side. Ripped the net curtains terribly. 😂
