They don’t seem that bothered about it, but I want to give them the option and the rescue said they would like access to a safe back garden, which we have. They are chipped and fully wormed / flead and we’ve had them 6 weeks now so they are ready I think. Guidance seems to be to do it before meals at first when they are hungry, and to perhaps go outside with them at first. The rescue lady said most people think they will bolt over the fence as soon as you open the door but in reality will probably be cautious like they were when exploring the house at first. Anything you wish you’d known before introducing your kitties to the outside? Another level of worry, but if it adds to their cart-happiness I’m all for it.
