In fact, the kitten proofing process prior to bringing them home largely consisted of making sure the yarn was suitably well hidden 😅 Some toys came with them, and we bought some more in anticipation, but so far they're still very much in the the hiding behind the sofa stage.
Ally-C Feb 2022 2:46pm, 4 Feb 2022 1,531 posts	0 Ally-C Got absolutely tortured by our cat last night, ripping a magazine at the side of the bed, tapping on our mirrored wardrobes, shouting at us, chasing the young one up and down the stairs, even when we put him out for a wee while, he taps on the cat flap, a nightmare. Wouldn’t eat any food we put out either. He’s 17 ffs.

Tbf, he’s been ok(ish) recently. At least when he’s at the foot of the bed and his snoring is the only problem. The vet said he’s magnificent for his age.
