We just spot on flea-ed them - now they hate us 🥺 Not enough to refuse dreamies from a safe distance after though Not sure what we will do if we ever have to get a tablet down one of them!

We've found sheba pate and a lick e lix topping to to be our friends there

Someone recommended this the other week & it worked a treat with the aforementioned rogue.

I'm reminded of the classic guide to giving a pill to a cat...

There's no point sulking if nobody can tell.

Some forgiveness. About 20 min after the sulk selfie, I was lying on the settee in a weird position and Trudy snuck in curled up in the corner of my elbow.

BTW, I verified two pairs of reflecty cats eyes in the deepest depths of the eaves behind some boxes.

We've left them some shredded bits of roast chicken as tasty treats.

I forgot to post this earlier so I might as well add that further proof of life has been seen in that one (or possibly both of them) appears to have been confused by the new litter box and decided that by the door of the craftorium (which is at the bottom of some stairs, the craftorium is in the attic, if that makes sense) was the best available place for a big old wee.

Such a big old wee, in fact, that it soaked right through that set of stairs and dripped onto the one below.

Luckily, the stair carpets are 30+ years old and in no way precious, also we have odour killing fabric cleaner already in stock because dogs.
