He was asleep when I picked him up and put him in and he only realised what was going on as I shut the gate and locked it. He was horrified. He sang the song of his people all the way up to the vet (and we were early so I had a few more chorus' in the car) but when he realised it was his favourite vet he shut right up. Hopefully he'll still like her on the 14th June when she'll remove some of his teeth....

Spike had previously had issues with teeth but I was worried it might be something worse. Luckily it's just his teeth. One was loose when he was there which she got then and the one that needs removing is fractured. He's already eating better so the loose tooth must have been the main issue.

We usually have a home visit but they aren't starting those again yet, and when she comes to the house, he leads her a merry dance and when she gets him he's just like "OK then."
