jda Dec 2023 1:03pm, 26 Dec 2023 16,141 posts	0 jda Almost had a cat-astrophe yesterday, Jill the scaredy kitten got a bit spooked, found a kitten-sized hole around some plumbing into our walls and vanished into the interior of the house. Fortunately she came out again a couple of hours later and straight into our trap but not before I’d had visions of taking a sledgehammer to the walls!

She has collar and microchip but is still very skittish and unlikely to come to humans. We have asked cat sitter to open a window and are hoping that Pascal will bring her home. It will be well below zero with lots of snow. Not sure if that is good or bad - she won't last long out there if lost but that might promt her to go home.
