When we had to medicate Pablo, OH held him still and I opened up his mouth, pointed his chin to the ceiling and popped them in - if you do it like that then you're basically dropping the pill into a vertical tube (ie his throat) so it's tricky for them to spit it out. Good news about Dipsy!
