There are batteries under the bowl area so not sure that would work
I’m off tomorrow so will look and think
No call from vet so tomorrow to collect it seems as too late now

Yes, would think so. You can put a teatowel between icepack and feeder to stop condensation causing issues.

Still not had a wee and is hiding in his cage/kennel poor darling
Vet is happy he is well
Hopefully he will relax enough overnight but otherwise I can collect tomorrow and hope he goes at home ok
Poor Dio is missing his brother

He will be much more relaxed at home!
My dear mother could only go at home. She'd hold it up when out and about. It would cause havoc on holiday too! Imagine a 12 hour car journey with a mother who didn't understand you needed the loo "all the time" because she would not go herself!

Vet update
He still has not had a wee!
He's hiding in his house
Collecting at 10 hoping he will wee at home ok if not I'll have to take him back as they don't want him getting blocked again

Dio has been so fussy this morning desperately missing ozzy

Got home and I’ve been watching him
All he was doing was cleaning which I assumed was to get rid of vet smell
Then I went to put his carrier away ….. he’d had a wee in there! Must have been desperate and knew he was going home
