Ozzy is improving
I have said I would rather collect him tomorrow when they know he is OK and weeing on his own than take him home early and something not be 100%
I know it will cost more but his health is more important than my wallet

I now have tomorrow off to collect him and look after him

IME cats are like children: go downhill very quickly but also recover very quickly

hope so
I also hope it doesn't become and issue and require diet changes as he's fussy eater!

Ozzy doing good
Catheter being removed in next hour or so
Nurse said he is a secret eaten and ate a bit last night -yeah!
I said that about collecting tomorrow after a wee with them but she said he may be too timid to wee there so going home may be better and more relaxing for him

Given he doesn't like change that is a valid point
I will get a call when he has had a wee or at hand over between 5-6
so he maybe home tonight heart

Anyone got suggestions on wet food …. Ozzy is fussy and likes to graze
We have a feeder that works on microchip so it’s covered

Will it be ok to leave it in his feeder for potentially hours?
Same question re raw meat or cooked chicken?

I will speak to the vet but I worry if his issue was caused by mainly biscuit diet with water separate

Soak his kibble? Not to porridge consistency, but to not have it so dry?
I was told to have water well away from kibble if ad lib feeding it, so they drink enough.

You could by putting the feeder on picnic ice blocks.
