Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

That's what I get for wearing my headband over my ears! The marshals were saints, you can never wear enough layers so that your feet and hands stay warm when you're standing still in those conditions. I was also very impressed by the gent who stood outside his house cheering people on (next to the common). He was still there on the second lap, chilly but cheerful!

And the loud students who came out to do a bit of cheering. I love students; they seem to have the ability to shout 'Wooo!' for hours.

Unofficial water station outside one of the pubs (think it was The Granta) was sweet.

Zig-zagging over Midsummer Common when you can see the finish gantry is evil. I did not enjoy that last mile!

And the .1 was definitely longer than .1!

OUCH this morning! See you all next year!

Oh no PM :( Will let you know if I know anyone dropping out; you can transfer numbers for a £10 fee.

Despite not receiving the email to sign up as a pre-registered entry, I did get a place because my sister was able to add me to her entry. I also managed to get Husband an entry - slightly shocked that he wants to do an actual race, he's resisted all my efforts to even get him to parkrun and he almost never comes when I'm doing a race!

I think you can transfer until middle of Jan... (yeah, for £10, cheeky)
I would think if you watch this space, something will come up, PM.
