At the start it was a cheery thank you and a smile, by the end, it was a "if you can read my mind, I'm thanking you profusely but this tiny nod will have to do if not" LOL I didn't like it at all. Think I may have slighty PD'ed by maybe a few seconds but it was much harder then than GER where I smiled the whole way round Was still in the loo queue (2nd time, they were so gross) at 9.28

We started queuing at 8:40 and still managed to miss being penned (not that it mattered because the pen I wanted was very sardiny and we couldn't find the way in!). Was a great race though, fab city to run in and I was very happy to meet the lovely ladies HellsBells and Cougar (I think) The marshalls and spectators were brilliant - Badger, if you speak to your friends can you pass on a heartfelt Thank You? They must have been freezing and wet, wonderful people. Also PB'd by nearly 13 minutes!
