Awwwwv thanks
Next time I'm park running in the area I'm definitely coming to Wimpole btw
Unfortunately the day before Cambridge Half I'm marshalling at the Inter-counties XC (Long day but we get to view some cracking XC action up close though!)

You'll love it. It's a proper XC course for most of the lap.

Still haven't got a clue how to pace this. I think that's why I like hilly races, even though I'm rubbish at hills - less thinking, more variety, built in rests (built in excuses)...
I'd say hello, but it sounds as though you're all going to be a bit further up the road!

8.15! *wibbles*
I am aiming to stay under 10:30mm the whole way, and will be in a Felixstowe vest if anyone wants to say hello. I wish they'd given an option for the name you want printed on your number - I go by an abbreviated version because nobody can pronounce the full version.

Don't worry HB, I suspect my goal might be a bit ambitious and you'll probably cruise past me somewhere!

Yes I got my race pack about 10 days ago. I'd check with them just to be sure, if I were you, Rich.
I will be happy with sub 2, but a sub 1.57 would be t'riffic.
