Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Does anyone planning to run around at 8.15 ish pace fancy having me stalking them around the course?

Is there going to be a little meet up before again? :)

I'm sure there will be.

I'm planning on 8:00ish for the first 8 or 9 miles before giving it the beans for the last bit. It may go horribly wrong. Don't snigger too much as you come past.

There are official pacers for 1:45 and 2:00 finishing times and I think there's a 1:30 bus as well but that's more of an express... ChrisHurk has his own for 1:38. He's on a mission.

1:30-1:38 makes me feel quite ill.

I'm toying with 8mm as my previous PB is 1:48:33 but not sure if this is a tab too ambitious. I may aim to keep you in sight RichHL.......

:) Rich I shall pin some chocolate bars to the back of my vest to encourage you to keep up as I whizz past (I'm sure it won't get to that stage for you!)

Ok, well if anyone fancies keeping me company please do, I can't guarantee to be chatty or even to keep up but it would be appreciated.

Macapple, I'll be ticking along with the 1:45 pacers for the first bit. I thought for a moment about trying to cling onto ChrisHurk but I'm just not quite there yet.

Ah bless you Rich...........

My one and only memory of ChrisHurk is trying and failing miserably to catch him on that godawful busway mile ;-) Best of luck to him.
