The internal email address will cease to be on the address book and will be replaced by Driver Risk Unit. After the change, anyone who has previously sent an email to the shared mailbox called Driver Standards Department will have to search for the new name of Driver Risk Unit. The old name may still appear within their email address book as a frequently contact. They have to update their global address book.
