I did wonder if it's your equivalent of our Property Services getting fed up of dumb questions about adjusting chairs, and running a course so that in future they can just go "we're not running another course on that till 2019, sorry". (I am sure that YP has never asked questions like that).

Speaking of courses, I'm spending my birthday doing fire warden retraining, because my team have conspired to prevent me taking the day off but I found a loophole that lets me play with fire extinguishers instead
