wouldn't eat to differently from normal TBH In fact - I have to make sure no much fruit now on esp or tummy / toilet issues will be a guarantee esp if I have to spend time queuing while holding wee for too long - just seems to have that effect

In case i forget -wishing all a smooth run and a grand day out . If i can make it in time i will be on fetch point to cheer you all on . A little tip for those wanting to get away faster and can eithe leave a car or get picked up . If they come from the south and park up at marsden grotto (a 20 minute walk south along the lea's ) its more or less traffic free . That what i do . Have fun boys and girls .
