did spin tongiht then had a lovely heavenly back and leg massage...thats it for me til Sunday apart from 2full days at work!!!

Haven't run since Saturday! Throat cold think came an passed but no much sleep wi the wee man so I've taken the lazy option under the pretence of recovery. Really torn now tho as new bike arrived an I know I really shouldn;t cycle too much LOL!
Hopefully a few easy mile later (on my feet)

Enjoying the first of a 5 day break from work and the 0330am alarm. I may even get out of bed soon. Think I will put in 3 or 4 easy miles this morning and that`ll be it until Sunday

I fancy a slow 3-4 at lunchtime. Am really missing my cross training at the moment and wound myself up a bit last night. So a sanity saving pootle should help. And then rest. And avoid people with colds.
