I do wish Coren-Mitchell would shut up at the start/end of OC, in fact we only watch on catch up now and skip her nonsense.

Akie Jan 2019 3:05pm, 8 Jan 2019 389 posts	0 Akie Loved Scrubs but season 7&8 werent great and a lot of rehashing old jokes. Saw one and a half episodes of season 9 before quitting. How I Met Your Mother is a great US sitcom for me although like almost all US sitcoms went on for a couple of seasons too long.

Danny DeVito was almost too convincing as the overbearing boss; Reverend Jim a warning about doing drugs; Elaine the single mother; and Latka demonstrating the immigrants' plight. 18 Emmys, 3 for outstanding comedy series.

I bought a box set of series 1-5 to keep me entertained on the turbo this winter and don't think it too bad at the moment. Yes, it's Friends for nerds. I managed to watch a part of series 2 by accident first so I kind of know where it's going - and an article on the effectiveness of paper towels over hand driers was mentioned - I was the Production Editor on that article, so I'm already drawn in It'll probably drive me insane by mid-March thobut. I didn't understand what the fuss was all about with Parks & Recreation either
