Akie Jan 2019 12:19pm, 8 Jan 2019 387 posts	0 Akie I felt OFAH had gone on a bit too long even before they did the trilogy that lead to them getting rich (series 7 is pretty forgettable from memory). Although I did think that would have been the best way to just end it and never return.

Frasier was good early on, maintained a good standard but depended on farce quite a bit. Taxi was up there. Parks and Recreation caught my fancy for a bit. Bib Bang, no thanks, it was like watching people I worked with, in fact they started acting like that, just like Friends, which was and is and forever will be, tripe.

I've watched half of the first series and will shed no tears if I see no more. Good shouts about Cheers/Frasier. Not sure it counts as a sitcom but I absolutely LOVED Studio 60 On The Sunset Strip.
McGoohan Jan 2019 2:54pm, 8 Jan 2019 37,703 posts	0 McGoohan Parks and Rec was one of my faves but a) the first season was a bit pants and b) they would throw a few duffers out there each season. Frasier was particularly good because they could mix silly farce/slapstick with witty wordplay.
