1 - Oats with peanut butter, honey and banana. 2 - scrambled eggs (X3), made with double cream, with toasted bloomer and served with scallions and sweet chilli.
2.5 - home made scone with (not home made) jam.
2 coffees, 2 espressos and a pint of water.
Currently half a stone lighter than at the start of lockdown 🤯

Not checked but think I’m roughly the same weight I was at the start of lockdown.

Shredded Wheat Bitesize with Aldi pre-lactased milk.
Weight unchanged during lockdown. The national mission to feed the NHS didn't make much impact up here.
