Nywanda - in the past there has been post race gathering in the Marcia pub in Bishopthorpe - the village you run through in the race - about 1 mile from the start/finish. We have a club get together in there too - they do an excellent chip buttie (& roast lunch!)

I will be wearing my black club vest which says "Cosmics" in yellow across the front, black Fetch buff and some very lurid purple trainers (as well as other race kit obv). I normally just wander up to random Fetchies and introduce myself anyway

i think so- but until somebody has my place off me there is a high chance i will just say sod it and travel up with HOD as i have after all paid for the premier inn-
i did park run this morning and knee was niggling - it would be so stupid to run 13 miles
the funny thing is i have done 12 halves this was meant to be my 13th and the start of my 13 x 13 x 13 challenge - maybe 13 isnt my lucky number after all

I will run in a fetch vest (as I'm a FERC member and have no real club) but mostly likely will have to shoot off home straight after ... my pass doesn't extend to a pub visit.
After a lurgied New Year, my last minute revision is going well ... 84 miles in 10 days. Hoping for another 6 x 5 miles Tues-Thurs, easy 5 on Friday, rest Sat ... and see what happens Sunday.
Don't care if it's cold or snowy ... just PLEASE not windy.
