Lisrun Oct 2008 10:01pm, 16 Oct 2008 662 posts	0 Lisrun 2 years ago I got in when I filled in and sent off the form on the day it came out. Last year I did the same, but didn't get in - I think because of the postal strike. I am hoping to get the form on Saturday and send it straight off
