Good luck to all who have entered. I was working towards entry using my Dublin time from 2017 which gave me a 10.5 minute margin but my SO and I have decided to do other things. We have been four times so it also felt a bit greedy!
Re accommodation we have latterly used airbnb. All accommodation is expensive that week, but last year we stayed in Cambridge, near to the subway line on the way up to Harvard. This was pretty much as convenient as staying near Boston Common like we have done before, but considerably cheaper.

Thanks SteveCR - Mrs SS sorted all the travel/accomm months ago, having more faith in the registration process than me!
Hold hard Happy, I'm sure it'll be tonight or tomorrow for you.

Any top tips on accommodation? Looks very expensive. 3 nights for 2 of us 1200 quid?! In a holiday inn express!

Happy - Mrs SS uses hotels.com. Apparently we're paying £170/night for 2 nights at a place near the Bunker Hill Monument (Constitution Inn). Worth a look?

That's a good deal. I'll have a search. How did you know what areas to look in? That's a bit out of city centre but presumably that's not a problem? G

Mrs SS knows the area a bit but mainly I don't mind a bit of a schlep on race day morning by way of a warmup to get to the runners' transport buses. Big city/big event, I reckon it will all come together ok. We're in the Boston area for a week or so pre race so I'll nail down my race day logistics then.
Prague/London/Birmingham all presented different public transport hurdles that disappeared on the day.
