Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Once a Sprinter ...
SPKoF - sorry to hear of your troubles. I had serious hamstring problems last year and chose to walk / jog (mostly walk though!). I had trained this way as I knew weeks out I had a problem. Really enjoyed the marathon and would have finished in about 5.30 if not for the bombings

Much healthier this year! Warmed up with a 2014 PB for 5k and second place in V55 age group - very chuffed. let's hope its a good omen for Monday

Good luck everyone

If you fancy coming along let us know an approx time so we can keep an eye out. Should be fairly easy to spot those orange jackets ;)

Stunning weather in Boston today. Ran a gentle 6 miles with 100+ vikings. It is a long story...

Sorry to here that SPKoF. I managed to bash knee and shin on a trail run yesterday but they seemed OK today. It has been a very accident prone taper so I may not go out tomorrow ;-).

Change of pub venue folks. Researcher has opted for Ned Devine's in Faneuil Hall market place. Probably aim to get there post race and post shower approx 4ish.
