If you're me, Collers-Umbers, logging everything is A Thing. I just like metrics, nothing sinister. Steps, sleep, resting HR, books, longevity of toiletries, you name it and I probably track it. My toothbrush is a month old today, bless it.

30,000 pages in a year is about 80 pages/day
I read 40ish pages/hour, so that's "only" about 2 hours reading per day
1/2hr lunchtime, 1hr evening, 1/2hr bedtime - easy peasy ;-)
(I don't do audio-books at all btw)
