I chose the wrong book. Should have picked this:

Started this month's book yesterday. A marked change in style from my last book which was a Josephine Tey detective novel! I think once I've got used to it I might enjoy it :-)

I've got used to the style but I'm not really enjoying it. It just makes me think how much better Elmore Leonard is at this sort of thing.

I will finish it though as I'm stubborn ;-)
