Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

I have a dilemma as I start a new book tonight. Do I pay the money or do I read one from TBR and watch it in the hope they chop a couple of quid off the price.

Disgrace, Coetzee... Love that! Love SA, a book I wanted to read. Thanks Columba!

Went to Hay.
Bought a copper cup...
My friend bought a book about poo... And a sought after book about damselflies by her aunt!!! She: oh look, a book about damselflies, my aunt was an authority on those and wrote a book that is now so rare and sought after, no-one in the family.... OH MY GOD! This is my aunts! Friend races into shop (Addyman's) and comes out with it and the poo book, for her 9 year old godson! I want an aunt that gives me a book on poo when I am 9!
Anyway, I may also have bought a fiddle...
And there was coffee, pastries, lunch... Farmer's hand cream and face cream was bought. I popped into the photography gallery and bought the catalogue of an exhibition curated by a friend and that was that! No Elmet... No choz... There wasn't time...

*Goes off to order the new choz on line*
