I would support my local library but it's in German and the army one on camp don't have a lot of books and takes 4 weeks for them to get a book in if they don't have it

Me too, never tried a reading group before, so not sure what to expect. Thought it might all be a bit too 'highbrow' for me.

I'm in. I think getting someone else to pick books will have me reading stuff that I wouldn't normally choose: first book looks good :)

hmmmmmm I have several books to read, can I suggest Denis Bergkamp's biog for October as I have already bought it?
