The old fella’s memoirs are finally ready. There’s a book launch on 14th July in the Limestone Bookshop in Settle if anyone is interested. I can’t make it as it’s my son’s prom the same day. Grr!!

Unless my maths is awry, having looked at his schedule he's aiming to finish at 17:40 rather than complete in a time of 17:40. He's starting at 4am 😮 Going for fastest Englishman.
Now that is something worth keeping am eye on, where as a 17.40 is quick but isn't really that special.
