Julie is a tough 'in, I had a great tussle with her at a race earlier in the year (she beat me). Her book "Running the Red Line" is worth a read.

Glad you're enjoying it šŸ™‚ It's a shame it wasn't published more widely, it's better than a lot of the books out there that purport to be on the same subject.

I've finished it. - I shall blog a review at some point.
(I feel a bit guilty, using a free trial of Kindle Unlimited to read it, but a quick google tells me authors get reasonable royalties from KU)
