I'm v pleased.
I tried hard from the outset, instead of my usual "I'll take the first mile easy and see what happens..." approach.
8.20, 8.23 and 8.10, with the last .1 at 6.xx pace :-0, finishing in 25.40 which is my fastest parkrun for some time.
Most pleased that I committed to it from the off, is my race mojo returning??
