"Having been in St. Paul's Square for 15 years, we have recently moved around the corner onto the High Street, no 51 - opposite Lloyds Bank." - they will probably have a stall at the food festival - they do the farmer's markets.

Been to GP, got antibiotics, so hopefully nip it in the bud before I can't move like last time (GP been seriously good). So unlikely to run tomorrow (though not impossible) but should still be able eat and drink as The Embankment is a 10 minute walk.

13th July, 11am start.

Meet at Fetch Towers (5, MK403SD, free street parking available) for an 11am start.

Run will be very approximately 6-7 miles, taking in as many bridges along the river as we can manage.

Followed by food at The Embankment pub at about 1pm. Please choose your food here ASAP:
