Neither? Should I go for fetch vest only and brave it!! I suppose it'll probably feel quite warm down there to a northerner like me!

Maybe a t-shirt under the vest?
I'll be in fetch t-shirt only, with a nike pro top on underneath if it's not too mild - i get too hot in it unless it's freezing but love running in it so it annoys me when the weather gets warmer!
I can't possibly imagine racing in a jacket...

Good point Hendo, I've never raced in a jacket either and even when it's Baltic outside I still seem to get too hot in a lightweight Ronhill! Think I'll go for long sleeve Asics top under vest.

Good man
Remember you'll be running faster than normal so will be warmer than normal! Just bring a black bin bag for the start.

Not sure I'll be running faster than normal, Cabletow diagnosed me with bruised metatarsals! I'll be fuelled with ibuprofen and just hope it doesn't cripple me for Paris in 3 weeks! I'm gutted, 15 weeks of training and prep to possibly not be able to run the mara.

Looks quite nice now! A little light rain to cool you down for a good time.
