Red wine reducing blood pressure is a great excuse to finish the bottle. It#s the same argument.
And this advice on blood pressure doesn't comment on overall health or heart attack risk etc etc etc.

dark chocolate is very good for the heart I was part of a trial to see if it helped blood glucose in those potentially predisposed to type 2 diabetes too those who need to "justify" their actions will always find a way

Another session ticked off in the shed tonight.
Squats, Bench, Overhead Press and Pull ups tonight. Followed it up with some lunges and abs work. I'm going to know about that lot in the morning.

I think achy feet is standing too tense Grep? I got it first few times, esp if choppy. Was very relaxes on still night like tonight. All shoulders and core, bit of legs strangely (if you see really pulling hard?) Was a lovely way to unwind after day stuck at desk. G
