I have updated the facebook event to mention having 3 mile races, and the fact we are planning to go to F n Bs for lunch. I guess a bit nearer the time we should get some definite numbers for the lunch so we can book a table?

yeah we've only got 18 'official' aberdeen mile group members so we either need to encourage people to sign up officially or get existing members to write in the group description how many they're taking along. There might be more signed up to the race in the portfolio (I havent checked there)
Is it still just Fetch members only? Personally I was hoping this would be the case

Only Fetch members have said they will attend through my fb event Nywanda. It should be fetch only, or people who will definitely join fetch I agree.
We need everyone to put in a predicted time then we can get a list and divide the group in to two for the faster and slower miles so it's an even spread of numbers. And make sure we have time keepers too.
