Worth watching Acolyte for the lightsaber fights alone. I quite enjoyed it but it’s definitely not the best narratively. It’s good but not a classic. It’s no Mando.

If there is anything substantial lingering, I'm sure it will get picked up in other ways. I suppose as a prequel we already know where things end for the main star wars timeline, and consequently anything which only impacts the "Acolyte Universe" can be discarded. There definitely are questions / backstory items in the Acolyte which I'd like to have seen clarified and make it into "canon" but nothing essential.
