Gonna be renting a house and topping it up with my savings. Completely right decision tho' and many of my colleagues have left and others are preparing to leave. Hopefully management will get the message after the mass exodus.

Which is why I fought for a lump sum out of my divorce that was high enough to get myself onto the property ladder. I hope you find a well paid job you like RS, it solves all problems...
