I think the less fussy the better. A simple digestive biscuit would beat any of these in a straight fight I think.

McAllister’s (Lidl’s homegrown “Scottish” brand) makes a very fine luxury dark chocolate ginger biscuit. UTZ certified cocoa beans too.
