I like Carrot cake but didn't fancy one with 'sweaty buttermilk glaze' so that was an easy vote - ditto the other semi where I didn't want any 'frotting' about anywhere near a cake I'm intending to eat. Frankly, all frotting should be done privately, behind closed doors and nowhere near anything edible.
