I notice in QF2, the raspberry velvet cakes is suggested as suitable for a baby shovel. That one hell of a versatile cake.

I have to say I am usually a bit sniffy about anything from a supermarket, any supermarket, anything, that bears the moniker 'luxury', it is usually a lie, premium mediocre and all that, nice packet, add luxury BANG big price increase*. However I just googled UTZ and that seems pretty kosher, if I am ever in Lidl again I'll have a look.
* I am a tight wad.

I have dark chocolate gingers of both the Borders and MacAllisters variety in the house. Which is nice. The latter often pop up on "Super Weekend" and I will stock up.
