Another day of not doing very much but I’m definitely improving every day. Managed a 1.5 mile dog walk which has left me needing to out my feet up, but is more than I have been able to do for days.

[omg 5 interviews today; 3 tomorrow. All but 2 in Icelandic. And I said no to one because he would not give me the questions in advance and it was going to be live. I am so stressed out. I think that is it. One media blitz and then I go back under my rock, at least for Icelandic press.]

Decided I had to cancel tonight's group run :( We still have loads of ice all over the pavements (well, it was slushy snow and it's now frozen). I'm thinking I'll have to bite the treadmill bullet at the gym tomorrow.
