Hope runners and racers have had good ones.

Me and Sal did the Run Walk Local race this morning in Portsmouth. Nice course PBs of 23.23 and 27.40. On our way home now, did call in to see dad at the home but he was asleep the whole time. Nice catch up with mum, sis and bro in law plus quick catch up with nephew.

Thanks for the luck everyone. It certainly worked! Completely unexpectedly I managed 1:44:11. Not a pb but my 2nd fastest ever - just over a minute outside my best. I’ll blog about it later
