I was roasting in the Santa Suit! 🥵 Leg wasn’t too happy but it was a bit shuffly as congested so not sure that helped. Followed by lovely breakfast with a few other Santa’s 🎅🏻

Having read it through twice, I think I probably ought to have a second one. No running here, as really under the weather with this cold or whatever other virus it is. ION, Big Yellow Ball has disappeared, so I hope it's found its way home.

I have managed to get halfway through my monthly mileage target by halfway through December. Knee is painful but currently coping. I'd have done more yesterday with the dog but a night out with Mr Carp's workmates turned into drunken debauchery and not getting home until 02:30 so I didn't get up very early!

Re the shingles thing I agree, it would be worth checking with your surgery. You never know, Wales might have different rules. Rest day for me today, we're off to meet friends for lunch in Berkshire. Debating whether my sequin skirt would be OTT as attire and coming down on 'Wear it!' (One of the friends we're meeting had a Big Birthday last week so a bit of sparkle wouldn't be completely out of order!)
