Oops that was a mundane thread post lol
I did have to walk up and down the stairs about a hundred times to deliver said pancakes, good recovery after TBC mileage yesterday. Wonder if there's a training category?

I couldn't go to TBC yesterday as I had some other responsibilities, but today was our club's 10 mile race.
Started feeling sub-par, was completely rubbish.
